Eternity Aion Inc. (“Eternity,” “we”) operates eternityqai.com. This page explains how we handle information for your Dynamic Digital Copy membership.
What we collect
Account email, membership and billing status (via Stripe), consent records, and the vault content you choose to upload (text, voice, video, likeness) for your Dynamic Digital Copy.
How we use it
To provide membership, preserve your vault, build and operate your Dynamic Digital Copy, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal data. Eternity never posts member images publicly.
Likeness and vault
Your likeness and vault are for you and, where your plan allows, your Legacy Key holders. Uploads are stored under your account; vault media is protected in the Eternity Quantum-Safe Vault (encrypted at rest with post-quantum standards).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Account deletion
To delete your Eternity Aion account and associated data, email support@eternityqai.com from the email on your membership with the subject “Account deletion request,” or call 413-326-6722.
After we verify the request, we delete your account credentials, profile, vault content you uploaded (text, voice, video, likeness), consent records, and membership access. Payment and tax records we are legally required to keep may be retained as required by law. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
To request deletion of specific vault items without closing your account, email the same address and say what to remove.

Eternity Aion's Photo Privacy
Eternity Aion's gift to you. Every Memory, Dynamic Digital Copy and Eternal Self membership includes 0.8 GB of JPG photo storage at no additional cost.
Your photos are yours. You keep full ownership of every photo you upload. Eternity Aion only uses the limited permission needed to store, protect, retrieve and display your photos to you and to the Legacy Key Holder or Holders you authorize.
Private and confidential. Your photos are private. Only you, when signed in to your account, and your Legacy Key Holders, using a valid Legacy Key, can see them. Each Legacy Key opens only the photos of the member who issued it.
Protection. Your photos are encrypted and kept in a separate, private, encrypted storage area that only you and your Legacy Key Holders can open.
Capacity. Each membership includes 0.8 GB of photo storage.
Your control. As a member, you can upload, save, view and delete your photos at any time from any device you sign in on.
Legacy Key Holder access. Legacy Key Holders can view and download your photos only. They are not allowed to upload, change, or delete your legacy.
Retention and deletion. Photo storage stays active for as long as your account does. Photos you delete are permanently removed after 7 days. If your membership expires, your photos are permanently deleted 30 days after expiration.
Third parties. We never sell, share, or give third parties access to your photos. Our hosting stores them encrypted.
